It does not take much effort to put tons of veggies and meats full of protein to start a big pot of soup. Children love soups. You can add a small bit of pasta in the soup like ABC or seashells pasta to make it fun to eat. Add plenty of tomatoes in there too! Carrots, corn, and green beans. Chicken skin and beef bones too! If your family does not enjoy the taste of onions you can dice them up really small and add them first since they will disappear as the soup cooks. Same with celery. Snip the celery leaves real tiny. And a bit of oregano this is a healthy spice.
Even your grandparents made you soup! Don't forget the tomatoes~ out of season? Grab a can of dices ones next time you go out shopping for food.
